On the week of the NHS’s 75th birthday, The League of Friends agreed to help fund a brand new leg press machine for the community hospital.

We are really excited about this machine as it will greatly enhance the efficacy of lower limb rehabilitation for patients on the Mary Robertson Ward as well as outpatients.

The versatile equipment will aid the rehabilitation of patients with a wide range of conditions, from young athletes to octogenarians.
